Jo Aribo, Calvin Bassey, Innocent Bonke and Emmanuel Dennis had earlier arrived before Omeruo. The count ended at 13 yesterday when Leicester City’s Kelechi Iheanacho joined the team.   NMA urges Yahaya Bello to pay doctors’ full salary instead of part payment March 22, 2022 null Yahaya Bello The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) has urged Governor Yahaya Bello to direct the full payment of February salary of medical doctors working with the Kogi  Government. The NMA made the call in a communiqué jointly signed by its Chairman, Dr Omakoji Oyiguh and Secretary, Dr Chimezie Udebuani on Tuesday in Lokoja. “The meeting observed that the salary of the medical doctors working with the Government of Kogi State was in percentage (69.97 per cent). “The meeting further observed that the payment in percentage was done despite lack of notice or invitation for negotiation to members whose salaries are to be affected. ”The NMA Kogi in a letter to Gov.   Fuel scarcity: Rivers govt confirms the arrival of petrol vessel in Port Harcourt Published   on   March 10, 2022 The Rivers State Government has confirmed the arrival of a vessel containing petrol at the Port Harcourt depot. This is coming amid the continued scarcity of petrol across the state. The state Commissioner for Energy and Natural Resources, Doctor Peter Medee, who gave the confirmation in an interview with newsmen, said the vessel contains enough petrol that will serve Rivers people and end the current fuel scarcity in the state. The commissioner called on the general public to avoid panic buying. He said, “I’m glad to announce today that we received a report that the vessel we have been waiting for has arrived at the Port Harcourt depot. “In a matter of days and hours, they will begin to load. “So, my advice to Rivers people is that they should avoid panic buying.” The Commissioner further called on petroleum marketers to sell at the government-approved pric...
